Faculty members and students of the Civic Welfare and Training Service (CWTS) under the National Service Training Program (NSTP) gather at the Rose Memorial Auditorium for the Culminating Activity held on May 10, 2025.

Central Philippine University’s National Service Training Program (NSTP) celebrated its Culminating Activity on May 10, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in the Rose Memorial Auditorium.

The event commenced with a devotional led by Mrs. Novi B. Pascua, then an opening prayer was given by Ms. Charissa June G. Deocampo. The singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed, after which Prof. Annalie D. Gilongos, CPU NSTP Coordinator, delivered the opening remarks. She extended her greetings to the attendees and highlighted the importance of the NSTP in shaping responsible and service-oriented citizens.

The program featured several intermissions, including performances and presentations by students from the stub codes 1437, 1452, and 1448. Certificates of recognition were then awarded with Ms. Desty Thereze Galilea, Ms. Joylyn Arca, and other notable students receiving honors for their outstanding contributions.

A video presentation further highlighted the achievements and memorable moments throughout the program’s duration. Mr. Vinch B. Pulmones led another intermission before the closing remarks, which were delivered by Mrs. Ma. Leen C. Gahum, CPU NSTP-CWTS Coordinator. The event concluded with a closing prayer offered by Mrs. Shirley H. Dario. Ms. Chilou P. Batoon served as the emcee, ensuring a smooth flow of the program from start to finish.

This culminating activity marks a significant milestone for the students who completed their Civic Welfare and Training Service (CWTS) under the National Service Training Program (NSTP), emphasizing the values of leadership, community service, and civic responsibility.
