CPU Kindergarten held its virtual Moving-Up and Completion Ceremonies on Friday afternoon, August 6, 2021. 16 pupils will move up to Kinder 2 and 36 completers will enter the Elementary level.

The Opening Prayer was led by University Church Family and Youth Minister, Pastor Franz Hestia Lovejoy Quimpo-Leysa. Kinder-2 Kindness completer Ma. Kristel Esobido conducted the Philippine National Anthem.

Arianna Jobelle A. Gallanga (K2-Kindness) gave the Opening Remarks. Galangga said that it has been a challenging year but she and the completers were able to adapt later on.

“It was difficult at first, but we were able to adapt later on. We are thankful for our teachers for their patience in teaching us. For our parents, titos, titas, and manangs for assisting us in our needs,” said Gallanga.

In his Opening Remarks CPU Dr. Teodoro Robles applauded the movers’ and completers’ parents for their persevering spirit and patient understanding. He also gave some reminders to the children in being good and kind.

Kindergarten 1-Patience students, CPU-K singing group member JC Sabacahan, and CPU-K completers rendered special song numbers.

Kindergarten teachers Ms. Pearl Joy S. Madrid (Kinder 2- Kindness adviser), Mrs. Christine Getonzo (Kinder-2 Gentleness adviser), and Ms. Rhea Ablayan (Kinder-1 Adviser) shared their experiences in teaching classes online.

Quinn Benefice Adrias (Kindergarten 2- Kindness) gave the closing remarks.

“May we continue to pray and be diligent as what CPU Kindergarten taught us. Together, may we bring pride to our parents and school and give back all the glory to Jesus,” Adrias said.
