Central Philippine University (CPU), through its Job Placement Office (JPO), has strengthened its efforts to connect students and alumni with meaningful employment by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PESO Iloilo City on December 11, 2025, at the CPU campus.

The partnership provides CPU’s JPO with enhanced support in job matching, career guidance, and access to labor market information, further bridging the gap between education and employment for graduates.

Present during the MOA signing were Gabriel Felix Umadhay, PESO–Iloilo City Manager, and Ms. Heydee Marie B. Zereso, CDSP and JPO Focal Person for PESO; representing CPU were Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, University President; Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate, Vice President for Student Affairs; and Ms. Rouella Cheyenne C. Aberia, Job Placement Officer.

This collaboration highlights the University’s commitment to career readiness, employability, and meaningful workforce integration for its graduates.
