CPUES learners shine at the Recognition Program, showcasing their talents and hardwork.
Central Philippine University Elementary School (CPUES) recently celebrated a series of momentous events, marking the culmination of the academic year with a Recognition Program, an Honors and Awards Program, and its 95th Graduation Ceremony. These events took place from May 27 to 29, 2024, at the Rose Memorial Auditorium (RMA).
The week kicked off with the Recognition Program, where students from grades one to six were acknowledged for their active participation in various extracurricular activities, both within and outside CPUES. The program highlighted the dedication of the students, and the unwavering support of their teachers and parents, recognizing their collective efforts in nurturing the children’s growth and achievements.
The excitement continued at the Honors and Awards Program held at the RMA, which was filled with the palpable energy of enthusiastic students. The ceremony honored academic excellence, with students receiving medals and various prestigious awards. Among the notable accolades were the Urbano F. The celebrations culminated in the 95th Graduation Ceremony, where Grade 6 classes Excel, Faith, Hope, Joy, and Love experienced a bittersweet farewell to their CPUES family. The event featured a keynote address by Pastor Deo Grace Borlado, a CPUES Alumna from the batch of 1998. Pastor Borlado inspired the graduates with her words.
“The journey of the thousand-piece jigsaw puzzle of your new chapter, dear graduates, begins with a single piece, and that piece is here and now. Never forget to know your purpose and have the right attitude,” she said.
Prof. Janet P. Jaco, the dynamic Principal of CPUES, expressed profound gratitude to the parents, the top officials of CPU including President Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate, and other university officials, for their unwavering support and contributions to the students’ success.
The CPUES community extends its heartfelt congratulations to the batch of 2023-2024, celebrating their achievements and looking forward to their future endeavors.
