Celebrating Teamwork and Progress: CPU administrators and key stakeholders gather for a group photo after the successful 35th Management Review Board meeting. On February 13 and 14, 2025, Central Philippine University (CPU) held its 35th Management Review Board (MRB) meeting at the Conference Room of the Henry Luce III Library to discuss the status of the university’s key result areas (KRAs) as of December 31, 2024.

The comprehensive review focused on the university’s nine KRAs, namely: Administration and Governance; Quality of Teaching and Learning; Finance; Physical Facilities; Student Services; Christian Identity; Human Resource Development; Community Engagement; and Research. Each area was carefully evaluated to assess the university’s progress toward its strategic objectives.

In addition to the KRAs, the MRB also examined the trends and results of Customer Satisfaction Surveys, feedback from stakeholders, the status of non-conformities and corresponding corrective actions, and the overall progress of the university’s institutional goals. The collaborative discussion aimed to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the university’s operations and services.

Organized by the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center (QAAC), the 35th MRB meeting concluded with all members reaching a consensus that CPU’s quality management system (QMS) remains suitable, adequate, and effective. This reaffirmation highlights the university’s continued commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in serving its academic community and stakeholders.
