Celebrating Teamwork and Progress: On February 13, 2025, CPU administrators—including Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, University President; Dr. Irving Domingo Rio, VP for Academic Affairs; Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate, VP for Student Affairs; Dr. Florence Bogacia, VP for Finance and Enterprises and Engr. Dany Molina, VP for Administration — along with key stakeholders, pose for a group photo following the successful 35th Management Review Board meeting.
The comprehensive review focused on the university’s nine KRAs, namely: Administration and Governance; Quality of Teaching and Learning; Finance; Physical Facilities; Student Services; Christian Identity; Human Resource Development; Community Engagement; and Research. Each area was carefully evaluated to assess the university’s progress toward its strategic objectives.
Strength in Unity: On February 14, 2025, in a powerful display of collaboration, CPU administrators—including Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, University President; Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate, VP for Student Affairs; Dr. Florence Bogacia, VP for Finance and Enterprises; and Engr. Dany Molina, VP for Administration—pose confidently with key stakeholders after a successful MRB meeting, highlighting their vision for continuous improvement.
In addition to the KRAs, the MRB also examined the trends and results of Customer Satisfaction Surveys, feedback from stakeholders, the status of non-conformities and corresponding corrective actions, and the overall progress of the university’s institutional goals. The collaborative discussion aimed to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the university’s operations and services.
Organized by the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center (QAAC), the 35th MRB meeting concluded with all members reaching a consensus that CPU’s quality management system (QMS) remains suitable, adequate, and effective. This reaffirmation highlights the university’s continued commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in serving its academic community and stakeholders.
