Members of the Management Review Board and the Academic and Non-academic Heads met for the 31st Management Review.
On January 25 and 26, 2023, Central Philippine University conducted the 31st Management Review Board (MRB) Meeting at the Conference Room of the Henry Luce III Library to discuss, among others, the status of the University’s functional objectives; performance and effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS); customer satisfaction and feedback from relevant interested parties; effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities; and adequacy of resources.
Present during the meeting were the members of the MRB, deans, principals, heads of the different academic and non-academic units, and representatives from the faculty, staff, and students.
The meeting was a venue for presentations and discussions on updates on administration and governance; quality of teaching and learning; finance; student services; Christian identity; human resource development; research; community engagement and service learning; and physical facilities. Status of non-conformities and corrective actions from the internal audit; revised quality policy; and institutional goals and objectives were also discussed.
At the end of the two-day meeting, the members of the MRB declared that CPU’s QMS is still adequate, suitable, and effective.
The MRB meeting, facilitated by the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center (QAAC), is held twice a year in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
