Central Philippine University is currently holding enrollment for the First Semester of School Year 2025-2026.

As of July 16, 2025, a total of 6,734 students has already enrolled across the collegiate, pre-collegiate, and postgraduate programs.

According to the University calendar, enrollment for work students, F/S dependents, athletes, CPUR officials, and international students began on July 15, 2025. Enrollment for fourth-year students started on July 16, followed by second-year students on July 17, and third-year students on July 18. Enrollment for all levels is scheduled on July 19. Classes for collegiate levels will begin on July 21.

The number of enrollees is expected to increase as late enrollment for collegiate students, including schedule and subject changes, will be accepted until August 2. On July 17, the University announced that the enrollment down payment has been reduced to ₱8,000, now inclusive of all council fees.
