Engr. Yeseil S. Sacramento proudly stands with Central Philippine University’s newly licensed Electronics Engineers and Electronics Technicians during the 2025 Oath-Taking Ceremony at the UP Theater in Quezon City.
On May 27, 2025, the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IECEP), in partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board of Electronics Engineering, held an Oath-Taking and Recognition Ceremony at the Villamor Hall, University of the Philippines (UP) Theater Complex, UP Diliman, Quezon City. This significant event was organized to formally induct the newly licensed Electronics Engineers and Electronics Technicians and to honor the outstanding academic institutions that demonstrated exemplary performance in the April 2025 Electronics Engineering and Electronics Technician Licensure Examinations.
Central Philippine University (CPU) was one of the universities honored for its exceptional accomplishments. With 100% of its examinees passing the Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination in April 2025, the institution was recognized as the Top 1 Performing School. The Professional Regulatory Board of Electronics Engineering presented two awards during the ceremony to publicly recognize this outstanding achievement: a Plaque of Recognition and a Certificate of Distinction.
Awards received by Central Philippine University from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Professional Regulatory Board of Electronics Engineering, recognizing the university as the Top 1 Performing School in the April 2025 Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination.
The university was invited to participate in the event and received congratulations from the IECEP for its accomplishments. The head of the ECE department, Engr. Yeseil S. Sacramento, represented Central Philippine University at the ceremony and received the award on the institution’s behalf.
In addition to honoring the CPU-ECE program’s recent accomplishment, the distinction it received at this national event inspires the department’s faculty, staff, and students to continue striving for excellence in engineering education.
