We believe that these interactions can lead to collaborations, joint research projects, and mentorship opportunities, while also broadening academic perspectives and inspiring innovative approaches to teaching and research.”

Dr. Denuevo’s paper, titled “Intrapreneurship and Business Performance Among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Philippines,” and Dr. De La Peña’s paper, titled “Perceived Promoters and Deterrents in the Implementation of Public-Private Partnership as Governance Innovation among Local Government Units in the Province of Iloilo, Philippines,” were accepted for presentation in panel 20, themed ‘Bureaucratic, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Street Level Bureaucracy.’ The conference focused on human capital, and within the context of governance – bureaucracy, which serves as the backbone for efficiency and effectiveness of the public sector.
