DALANGPAN was created in 2020 by College of Arts and Sciences Provincial Council (CASPC) and Arts and Sciences Voice Prints (ASVP).

By setting up an open access private page where students can upload and download educational resources and sources like Portable Document Format (PDF), PowerPoint Presentations (PPT), videos, and others as well as literary outputs for the benefit of all, the Dalangpan Open Contributory Online Academic and Literary Library of CPU-CAS was created in 2020 by College of Arts and Sciences Provincial Council (CASPC) and Arts and Sciences Voice Prints (ASVP) through Memorandum No.05-2020 released by Governor Daryl T. Lutero.

As a result, this platform will act as a hub or repository for student and teacher academic and literary files that can be consulted for learning and practice.

The CASPC Ministry of Academics’ Dalangpan program intends to assist students with their academic expectations by providing a Facebook community for CASimanwas where they may post reviewers and references, ask for help, run surveys for research, and discuss other academic-related concerns.

Dalangpan has committed to helping the students acclimatize and offering a supportive social media platform that encourages camaraderie, solidarity, and academic performance now that we are in a face-to-face environment.
