Congratulations to all new Centralian Licensed Professional Teachers for passing the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers—your success is a proud reflection of CPU’s unwavering commitment to excellence in education!
Central Philippine University (CPU) once again proves its excellence in teacher education with an outstanding performance in the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT). All 28 CPU examinees for the Elementary Level passed, earning the university a 100% passing rate. For the Secondary Level, 42 out of 47 examinees passed, resulting in an impressive 89.36% passing rate.
The exams were held on March 23, 2025, in 38 testing centers across the Philippines. Of the elementary passers, 13,819 were first-time takers and 2,463 were repeaters, while among the secondary passers, 32,624 were first timers and 6,123 were repeaters.
The 28 successful Centralian Elementary Level passers are: Krizel Ann Santillan Alonsagay, Niela Jean Detablan Amigleo, Simon Jan Benobo Apaso, Wynton Josh Alba Artajo, Rasheil Castillon Bonifacio, Ella Louvelle Bonghanoy Brasileño, Juliet Marie Balgos Cabañero, Daisy Mae Nalayog Caipang, Joelyn Zybee Abogadil Castroverde, James Jhon Paul Alemania Contrador, Blesie Tubonggan Esmao, Niña Lyka Vasquez Fernandez, Renalyn Loria Gatuteo, Ma. Aina Francine Castro Gayonoche, Jannelle Lane Cameon Gomez, Myka Chuno Huyaban, Analy Vedad Labian, Jesrell Mae Divinagracia Maquiling, Arian Rosme Deseo Onag, Sherry Baldevarona Pelayo, Camela Barrera Pineda, Louella Tuala Querubin, Anzel Joy Bartolome Repatacodo, Trexie Marie Doroteo Sante, Aira Joy Sona Subebe, Mareshah Grace Decio Tolentino, Symae Asorio Toquillo, and Andrea Marie Evangelista Yap.
Meanwhile, the Secondary Level produced 42 new Centralian licensed teachers, categorized by their areas of specialization. In the English major, the passers include Lory Jane Flores Cudo, Vanni Melendez Dizon, Eunice Kaye Sarabia Isaran, Shairah Gwen Gayacan Lumawag, Zymonn Reiz Gallego Mallorca, Jiv Marfil, Lovely Joy Macaraya Nobleza, Reanne Jade Camposano Senador, and Will Joseph Blacano Yap. For the Filipino major, the successful examinees are Norberto Jr. III Dequito Albio, Lyca Suarez Demdam, Christel Mae Roquio Iligan, Cristina Jane Matricular Manejo, Mary Andrenil Señorio Menesis, and Antonette Caletina Morit.
In the MAPEH major, the new licensed teachers are Carl Jason Bechayda Barrientos, Deñille Anne Collado Baylosis, Benedict Anthony Llanora Braña, Trisha Marie Canilla Cabrias, Baron Biatingo Cabual, Glaiza Jane Nagales Dela Cruz, Martha Mae Gaylo Dizon, Ugeneeka Faye Oquindo Edagdag, Issa May Dalumpines Española, Charlyn Joy Buendicho Gierza, Freely Talleno Ipedro, John Dale Mesterio Jumilla, Romel Jr. Amigos Licerio, Jasper Jed Estelo Magno, Kenneth Almeria Panogadia, Francis Celeste Seduco, Nhiel Frank Tinatan Situbal, and Matthius Philippe Hugo Suay.
For the Mathematics major, the passers include Kathleen Amaba Bugna, Jonah Mae Delmo Dela Cruz, and Merlin Lico-an Desabille. The Science major produced two passers: Daisy Escueta Agtarap and Hannah Lyn Gallaza Persona. Lastly, the Social Studies passers are Jessa Calambro Castellanes, Jam Henson De Los Santos Garay, and Joelyn Braga Tison.
