The College of Medical Laboratory Science (CMLS), CPU Med Tech Alumni Association, and CPU Medical Laboratory Science Society in cooperation with CPU CMLS Student Council and the Philippine Red Cross-Western Visayas Regional Blood Center conducted “You’re My Type: Give Love, Give Blood”, a Blood-letting Activity on March 5,2020, Thursday at the Alumni Promenade Concert Park.

The activity is in consonance with the Memorandum of Agreement signed by CMLS and the Philippine Red Cross Western Visayas Regional Blood Center as one of the requirements for internship affiliation. It also aimed to promote social responsibility among Medical Laboratory Science students in promoting and promulgating Republic Act 7719 (National Blood Services Act of 1994).

A total of 37 people were able to donate blood through the said activity.
