CMLS graduating students take part in a Devotional and Send-off in preparation for the upcoming Medical Technologist Licensure Examination (MTLE).
On February 20, 2026, graduating students of the College of Medical Laboratory Science (CMLS) convened at the 4th floor of the Dr. Alfonso Uy Building for a devotional and send-off prior to the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination.
The event, which was organized by the CMLS Provincial Student Council with assistance from the Medical Laboratory Science Society (MLSS), brought together graduating students for a time of introspection and encouragement before the licensure exam.
The program began with registration and arrival, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the CPU Hymn. Dr. Ma. Corazon P. Porras, Ed.D., delivered the invocation and introductory remarks.
A praise and worship segment led by the MLSS Praise and Worship Team followed before the introduction of the guest speaker, Pastor Neva Grace L. Fabila, who delivered the proclamation of God’s word and later led the candle lighting and blessing for the examinees.
The program continued with a hymn of affirmation and a fellowship meal before proceeding to a reflection activity facilitated by the CMLS Provincial Council. The graduating students were formally sent off during the program’s commissioning and closing prayer, which was led by MLSS.
After the awarding of certificates, CMLS Provincial Governor Adrienne Kirsten Laureano delivered the closing remarks. The program ended with a brief clean-up of the venue.
