Ms. Narido is ecstatic and grateful for the victory that God has given her.

Talitha Charis Mari Frondoza Narido, a BS Social Work 2021 graduate of CPU, is Rank 8 in the August 2021 Social Worker Licensure Examination.

The passing percentage of first-time takers of the university is 76% or 38 out of 50 takers. Meanwhile, the overall performance of CPU is 65.15% or 43 passers out of 66 takers. The national passing percentage is 37.75%.

Ms. Narido conveyed her gratefulness to God. She wrote, “I am ecstatic and so grateful for this victory. This is a testament of God’s grace in my life. His grace abounds even more in our weaknesses. I felt zero confidence after taking the board exam because it was so difficult but I just kept reminding myself that God knows His children, He honors His promises, and that He has a better plan for me than the one I have for myself.

I am so grateful for my family, my beloved friends, my professors, and to everyone who has ever put their faith in me. To God be the glory!”

Dr. Stella G. Fernandez, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences sent this congratulatory message: “It is with great joy and pride for the College of Arts and Sciences that one of our CASimanwas Ms. Talitha Narido hurdled the recent licensure exam in Social Work and ranked # 8. This affirms the quality education that our university offers through our Department of Social Work. My congratulations to all who passed the board exams too and we offer to the Lord Almighty the success that our graduates had attained. My congratulations also to Prof. Kareen Jay Lozada and to all faculty of the Social Work Department.”

Prof. Kareen Jay D. Lozada, Chairperson, Department of Social Work is grateful to God and the support of her Dean and all the faculty and staff. “We are so grateful to God for the good results of Social Work Licensure Examination this year despite of the many challenges we encounter in this time of pandemic.
