(PSAI). Since its inception in 1992, the competition has grown into a respected academic tradition through the visionary efforts of Tomas P. Africa, former National Statistics Office (NSO) Administrator, and the sustained collaboration between PSA and PSAI, providing a national platform for students like Palmes to demonstrate excellence and bring pride to their institutions and regions.
