Colonel Neil Alinsañgan.

Colonel Neil Alinsañgan was recently appointed as the new PNP- Intelligence Group Director. He succeeded the post from Brigadier General Warren de Leon.

A native of Leganes, Alinsañgan finished high school in CPU at the age of 15 during the School Year 1984-1985. He was a Mechanical Engineering student of the university for two years.

He is a member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class 1991.
