Central Philippine University enters the prestigious World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2025, securing a spot among the top universities worldwide in two significant categories:

• ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Trend – Rank #46
• SDG-based Responses to Global Challenges – Rank #75

This remarkable achievement highlights CPU’s growing global impact through innovative education, research, and community engagement.

WURI is a global ranking system that recognizes universities not just for academic excellence, but for their real-world contributions to society and industry, particularly in addressing global challenges through forward-thinking and innovation.

The 2025 rankings saw 1,253 universities from 87 countries submitting 4,866 programs, a huge leap from just 280 participants in 2020, demonstrating a strong global commitment to transformative education.
