Cousins Ysabelle C. Jalando-on and Francheska MJ A. Jalando-on getting ready for the CPU JHS Prom 2024.

Central Philippine University Junior High School Department (CPUJHS) hosted its highly anticipated Junior Promenade at ICC Megaworld Iloilo on May 2, 2024, captivating attendees with an enchanting evening under the theme “Cielo Estelar.”

The event began at 6:00 pm with a grand entrance and invocation led by Ptr. Romela Kim Java, followed by a poignant rendition of the Philippine National Anthem by Ma. Theresa Magbanua, setting a tone of grace and jubilation.

Associate Professor Charlett B. Dianala graced the occasion with opening remarks, setting the stage for an evening filled with enchantment. The grand cotillion mesmerized the audience with its graceful choreography, stealing the spotlight.

Steven Andrie Chua introduced the esteemed guest speaker, Atty. Jothamme Enriquez, whose inspiring message resonated deeply with attendees, offering words of wisdom and encouragement.

Vice Gov. Alessandra Bienne Pañares expressed gratitude for the memorable gathering, followed by Governor Robby Marvyn Arnillo, who shared prophetic insights and blessings for the students’ future journeys.

The melodious strains of “Ride Home” by Ben & Ben added to the ambiance, stirring emotions and nostalgia. The opening of the dance floor by the JHS Student Council marked the beginning of a night filled with laughter, joy, and camaraderie.

Outstanding individuals were honored and celebrated during the awarding ceremony, with Mrs. Ma. Nilia Salanio delivering heartfelt closing remarks, expressing gratitude for the unforgettable evening.

The event concluded with a closing prayer led by Keith Dune Gallos, invoking blessings and good wishes for all in attendance.

The CPUJHS Junior Prom 2024 will be remembered as a night where students, faculty, and guests came together to celebrate friendship, achievement, and the promise of a radiant future.
