Central Echo (CE), the university’s official student publication won awards in the recently concluded Best-Designed Campus Papers of the Philippines (BDCP) Awards held virtually on February 14, 2021.
CE won in the Best Nameplate Design, (Tabloid) Minimalist, Campus Paper Design, and (Magazine) Modern Modular Design categories.
The student publication also received nominations for the following categories:
Campus Paper Design Innovation
Best School Paper Color Schemes
Best Editorial Cartoon
Most Child-Friendly Design
Best Game / Coverage Story
Most Inspirational Feature Story
Best-Designed Campus Papers of the Philippines (BDCP) Awards aims to recognize visual and creative excellence showcases through news designs of the country’s campus newspapers.
The competition also intends to foster the exchange of information about the concept and design of school papers and campus media throughout the country.
