The newest Collective Bargaining Agreement between Central Philippine University and Rank and File Labor Union (RAFLU) was negotiated and agreed in one meeting last October 8, 2019. The following are the results of this historic negotiation: an increase of Two Point Five Percent (2.5%) of Basic Salary plus Seven Hundred Pesos (P700.00) per month to be taken from the 76% tuition fee increment. In addition, an increase in the following: Uniform Subsidy is now P4,000, and Christmas Bonus is now P10,000.

The agreement was signed by both parties at Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo last October 21, 2019. It is effective for two years beginning on June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2021. The funds were then subsequently released in the last week of October.
