The Central Philippine University celebrated the Organizations and Fraternities Booth Fair 2026. The event was vibrant and lasted from February 23 to 24 at the CPU Alumni Promenade. Serving as both a creative showcase and a communal celebration, the fair featured 62 recognized student-led organizations and fraternities. These groups provide essential avenues for students to connect through shared academic courses, specialized interests, or diverse hobbies, strengthening the bond within the campus community.

The opening of the fair was preceded by a formal program that began with an opening prayer led by Pastor Alcarde, followed by the spirited singing of the National Anthem and the CPU Hymn. Representative Delgado provided the opening remarks, while CARES Rep. Prime Minister JL Lampa delivered the welcome address to the gathered students and faculty. After the formal recognition of each participating student organization, a ribbon-cutting ceremony officially commenced the festivities at 9:15 AM. This landmark moment was led by the Vice President of Student Affairs, alongside CPUR officials and representatives from each organization and fraternity, effectively opening the promenade to the public until 5:00 PM.

Throughout the fair, the promenade was transformed into a vibrant mural of community, where booths served as windows into the identities and missions of each respective group. These displays offered students a firsthand look at what each organization stands for, providing unique opportunities for recruitment and engagement. Beyond informational displays, the booths were alive with various games and activities, offering participants the chance to win prizes and interact with one another in a festive and welcoming environment.

The second day of the fair continued the momentum, starting at 9:00 AM and running through a busy afternoon of campus interactions. The event concluded at 3:30 PM with a formal awarding ceremony, where certificates were presented to all participating organizations as a gesture of appreciation for their dedication and creativity. The fair was brought to a close with final remarks from Pastor Alfred Morales and a message from university President Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, who commended the students for their commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive campus culture.
