Education is a powerful tool that opens doors to opportunities and transforms lives. However, for many working students, pursuing higher education while juggling employment responsibilities can be a daunting challenge.

Recognizing this struggle, the University Church and CPU Alumni have founded and generously sponsored the Gods Grace Program, providing support and encouragement to working students. Recently, a prayer breakfast sponsored by Dr. Teodoro C. Robles and Mrs. Angeles A. Robles was held to provide breakfast and uplift these remarkable individuals who are striving to achieve their dreams.

The Gods Grace Program is a testament to the compassion and vision of the CPU University Church Community, CPU Alumni, and its Committee. This program aims to assist working students in their pursuit of higher education by providing meal subsidies, spiritual support, and resources. Through this initiative, the sponsors hope to empower these students to overcome obstacles and achieve academic success. The morning began with devotional and by group discussion led by the committees. The committees prayed for the recipients and gave them words of encouragement and support that resonated deeply with the attendees, inspiring a renewed sense of purpose and motivation.

The prayer breakfast also provided an opportunity for the working students to share their personal stories and experiences. Each student spoke about the challenges they have faced, the sacrifices they have made, and the dreams they are striving to fulfill. Their stories were a testament to their unwavering commitment to education and their determination to create a better future for themselves and their families.

The prayer breakfast for the God’s Grace Program recipients, sponsored by Dr. Teodoro C. Robles and Mrs. Angeles A. Robles, was a powerful testament to the transformative impact of education and the importance of supporting working students. Through their generosity and compassion, the sponsors have provided a lifeline to these individuals, enabling them to pursue their dreams and break the cycle of poverty. The provision of breakfast promotes a sense of identity and equality among the students, removing barriers to their participation in school activities.

The impact of this event extends far beyond providing meals. It serves as a catalyst for change, inspiring the working students to strive for excellence and pursue their dreams despite the challenges they face. The support and encouragement they received from the God’s Grace Program and its sponsors will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on their lives and the lives of their families. The God’s Grace Program is a shining example of how individuals can come together to make a difference in the lives of others.
