CPU got eight out nine passers for first takers or an 88.89% passing percentage in the September 2019 Librarian Licensure Exam. Overall, CPU attained an over-all passing percentage of 60% or 9 out of 15 takers passed the said exam.

565 out of 1,024 passed the said licensure examination or a national passing percentage of or 55.17%. The Board for Librarians gave the exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tacloban, and Tugegarao from September 10 to 11, 2019.
