1. PSA-issued Certificate of Birth and Marriage Certificate, if married
2. Original Transcript of Records
3. Certified True Copy of Diploma
4. Certificate of Transfer Credentials
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
6. Certificate of Eligibility for Admission into Law Course (C-1), for transferees
7. 2 pieces passport-size picture
PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION:
1. All applicants must pre-register online at www.registration.cpu.edu.ph.
2. Complete all required information.
3. Attach scanned (1) PSA-issued Certificate of Live Birth and Marriage Certificate, if married, (2) Transcript of Records (TOR), and (3) Certificate of Transfer Credentials.
4. For graduating students whose TOR is not yet available, submit a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION issued by your University/College Registrar.
5. Once you have completed the pre-registration, pay the University Admission Fee in the amount of P500 (non-refundable) through the following payment channels:

6. Send a picture or scanned copy of your receipt of payment/transaction slip to admission.registrar@cpu.edu.ph and to lawsec@cpu.edu.ph
7. After receipt of the email, the College of Law will notify you if you are qualified for admission examinations and interview, and the instructions and schedule for said exams and interview. An examination fee will be assessed for the admission exam, the details of which will also be stated in the email.
8. After taking the exam and the interview, you will receive an email if you have qualified and have been admitted to the College of Law. Instructions on how to proceed to pre-enlistment of subjects will also be included in the said email.

Applications for conversion of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degrees to Juris Doctor (JD) Degrees is now OPEN.
Who is eligible for migration?
Those who obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree prior to 2014 may apply for migration to Juris Doctor degree.
How to apply for migration?
1. Download and accomplish the Application Letter which may be downloaded through this address: https://cpu.edu.ph/forms/law/CPU-LAW-Application-for-Migration.pdf
2. Place an online request for copies of your Transcript of Records and Diploma bearing the Juris Doctor degree and pay the Processing Fees at the CPU Business Office. The request can be accomplished through this address: https://cpu.edu.ph/registrar/request-form-collegiate-and-post-graduate/
IMPORTANT: In filling out the online request form, do not click any of the boxes for “Document/s to be requested”. Instead, on the “Remarks/Comments” section found at the bottom of the form, fill out the blank with “For Migration of LLB to JD Degree”.
3. Email a scanned copy of the completed Application Form to lawsec@cpu.edu.ph and submit the original hard copy either personally or through courier to:

If applying through a representative, the representative must submit a notarized Special Power of Attorney signed by the applicant, a photocopy of the representative’s valid ID (bring the original ID for comparison upon claiming the documents), and a photocopy of the applicant’s valid ID.
4. Upon submission of the original completed Application Letter, you will receive updates at the email address provided in the Application Letter regarding your application.
